Try drinking some water and then going back to sleep. No one needs to be eating late at night. And if you absolutely must have some substance, reach for 10 baby carrot sticks and then go back to sleep. The longer you stay awake, the more you'll think you're hungry.....you may just be bored... like me! lol

I keep a bag of raw almonds in my night stand. Seems to do the trick.
Your sugar level may be playing tricks on you. I'm slightly hypoglycemic, as is about 40% of the population. Before going to bed, eat a half-cup or so of NATURAL yogurt (Stonyfield Farm, if you can get it). You don't want to add sugar to your system but that little bit of protein will metabolize slowly and help stabilize your system. You'll not only feel satisfied but may even sleep through the night!
Try an apple but make sure it’s organic. Regular ones have way too many pesticides in them!

You can lose weight rapidly but you should definitely check with your Doctor first.
My mother-in-law was taking ambien and she sleep drove in the middle of the night to McDonalds and finished off an entire quarter pounder, fries and a McFlurry…She didn’t have a clue until she found the empty bag on the car floor….and she’s really fat!!! LOL!!!

There are so many good snacks out there...you just need to find out which works for you. I like my popcorn, so 3 cups of popcorn and I'm good. Some people opt for a small glass of milk which also keeps you from feeling hungry. Sometimes it just doesn't take that much.
Try sleeping during the day
Hi Britney, Why don't you mix up a Vantix pudding? It will take 30 secs to do, it's healthy, only 100 calories and it's filling! I've been using that when I'm too hungry to wait for the next meal. It's been working for me.
