I would suggest throwing on some good music and dance is always a great way to get into shape. When ever you're cleaning the house put the musis and dance while you clean and it would make me want to dance. This way it doesn't feel like like exercise and you'll have ful doing it..lol

I agree with dancing, it really gets the heart pumping. And yes it is so much fun.

Walking is great, maybe you could also grab a buddy to walk and even hit the gym with; that could be loads of fun.

Def agree on the walking. Go to the park in scenic area and just walk. it relaxes your mind and lets you take it all in! Also, Minerva will be sending out the workout DVDs with Brooke Burke today!! I'm excited about that one! :)

if you have 2 or 3 girls in a group it'll bring the cost down. Try to find a young one that's just starting out and looking for clients.

I Like to make work out mixes anywhere from 30 minutes long to over an hour. Really helps motivate me to keep going. Music is a big influence in our workouts!

When I go to the gym, I put on my headphones and walk/run 3-4 miles 3 times a week. The music makes it more fun. It's like walking/running to the beat, before you know it, you've spent 30-40 minutes on the treadmill in a flash. Yes, try adding music to your workouts.

If you are one that is a non-gym goer and you really should be then you will just have to push yourself to exercise. Just do it. Start off with even just 10 minutes. You will feel better about yourself afterwards! Soon you will be up to a whole 20 minutes every other day. Next thing that happens is that you don't feel right when you don't exercise!

For me the Vantix and the probiotol give me great energy and lots of motivation to go and loose more weight. For me was to feel good on the inside to be able to go and enjoy the walk ... When your exhausted and depleted of good nutrition is it hard to get moving. But once those vitamins and minerals kick in easy to get up and move..

The best way to use your bike is to ride it to short distance places you go to instead of driving your car. That could also save you on gas.

Play Mind Games. Don't focus on the exercise time itself. Think about how refreshed and successful you'll feel when you're done. Attitude is everything. Choose to like it, be positive about exercising and see if your attitude doesn't start reflecting that choice. Multi-task. Use options for excercising such as playing with kids, mow the lawn, taking walks with friends, while kids are at sports practice, walk around the track or parking lot. Just a few min here and there add a few more feet to your pedometer. I detest the word "excercise" but I love to walk, play and am really trying to make life more fun by focusing on the things that make me happy. Even a long walk in the mall, window shopping can become excercise. I started off with small steps and add try to add variety by adding something new everyday. So the word "exerecise" be gone, I 'm having fun doing things I love.

I haven't exercised in quie some time... 2 kids and wasn't making the time. Watched Brooke Burke's Workout DVD and it is AMAZING... I am hooked and really looking forward to working out, and am doing it too! You gotta try it. Just start, once you start, at least something, it will get you motivated and moving forward in the right direction. It just takes that first step! Go for it!!

The key is to get going! Start with short routines 5 -10 minutes a day. They'll turn into 15 -20 and before you know it, you'll be hitting the gym. Try stretching exercises, they are low impact and don't require much activity (a good start) the key is to get progressively more active.

I agree the hardest thing is to get started. Once you get started find someone to join you and also use Minerva Place support groups, we are here to help. Also remember small things add up like parking your car out when you go shopping, taking the stairs instead of the elevator and exercising in between commercial breaks. Just get started and try to make it fun and make it easy to fit into your everyday life.
