Water A key to Weight Loss

For the last six months, I have drank only water and ate sensibly. No starvation. Moderate exercise by walking the dog throughout the day. As a result I have dropped 50 pounds. I am still losing a pound a week, which is a great way of losing weight and keeing it off. And my diabetes has been eliminated.

    That is awesome, Vincent! Congratulations! You are doing all the right things...plenty of water, eating sensibly (not starving) and exercising some. No need to suffer! You are losing weight at a safe rate and have developed great habits!!! Congratulations again and thank you for sharing your success!
