How to Change Yourself?

Can you change yourself each day? Try doing something different each new day. Something you normally would not do? Like? Anything~from very small change to a larger change. Try this each day, CHANGE is good and very positive, Tell us how it feels?

    Each day a small change is good and soon it is a habit.. Read a motivational book for 15 min. Go for a walk with your kids. Drink 1 extra glass of water.. Start taking vitamins and at the end of the week you will feel great ...
