Honey Baked Shrimp
Ingredients:
(Serves 6)
- 1/2 pound medium or large raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
- 1 clove of garlic, grated or minced
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions:
Makes 2 servings
- Combine dressing, garlic, and honey in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove shrimp from marinade (reserving marinade) and place in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with reserved marinade. Bake for 5-6 minutes until shrimp turn pink all over.
