Honey Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:
(Serves 6)

  • 1/2 pound medium or large raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated or minced
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

Makes 2 servings

  1. Combine dressing, garlic, and honey in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove shrimp from marinade (reserving marinade) and place in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with reserved marinade. Bake for 5-6 minutes until shrimp turn pink all over.
